1. Shipping Destinations and Processing Times
- Destinations: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international countries. Available international destinations will be visible at checkout.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Volume Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates and Promotional Thresholds
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following promotional rates:
- Current Promotion (Limited Time): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders through November 2, 2026.
- Standard Promotion (Effective November 3, 2026): We offer Free Standard Shipping only on orders with a subtotal of $100.00 USD or more (calculated before taxes and after any discount codes are applied). Orders under $100.00 will be subject to standard carrier rates calculated at checkout.
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs bottlenecks, or severe weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GreyMantle Co. is not responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes tariffs, customs clearance fees, and country-specific import taxes. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
